The Extended Support plan includes faster response time, phone support during business hours and up to two hours of developer support for initial configuration in the first 30 days.

Support Disclaimer: Avencia technical support representatives will provide best-effort support for Cicero web services. Support will generally be limited to connecting to these services via standard SOAP protocols using common programming languages such as Microsoft.NET or Java. Support will also assist with understanding the data that is returned from the web services. This does not include troubleshooting local connectivity issues or debugging client application code.
The Cicero Promise: If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 30 days, we will give you a full refund. In addition, you may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a pro-rated refund of your remaining months.
